1. Go to web page: http://www.data1996/

4. Enter the patient data into the form.

5. Press submit. The data will be analyzed and a report will be displayed. You will automatically receive a copy of the raw data via email with the Biometabolic AnalysisTM and the patient’s name in the subject window. Make sure your computer allows email from this address.

6. If you missed something and want to go back, press the back arrow button of your browser. Then, submit again.

Saving a Report

For security purposes, no files are stored at the website for Biometabolic AnalysisTM. You must save these files in your own computer using your word processor.

If your computer, such as macs, allows you to print to pdf:

   1. File / Print / PDF button in lower left corner / Save as PDF

   2. Replace “Biometabolic AnalysisTM” in the upper window with the patients name and date and the location it is to be stored in (your computer).

   3. Print to paper.

If your computer does not allow print to pdf:

   1. Copy the entire report (File / Copy).

   2. Open a word processor.

   3. Paste the report (File / Paste).

   4. Select all text (Edit / Select All).

   5. Resize the fonts to Arial 11 points.

   6. Save the report in your computer (File / Save).
